For ten years, I ran an actual circus.

Not metaphorically. Literally.

Five hundred shows a year with live audiences, unpredictable performers, and high-stakes entertainment.

I led artists. Managed risk. Built systems where chaos didn’t just exist—it belonged.

That's where I learned what leadership demands when the ground isn't steady: Discernment. Trust. And the courage to move forward anyway.
