This is what my clients experience every day.

They work in companies large and small, public and private. They are administrators and entrepreneurs, managers and leaders at the beginning, middle, and peak of their careers.

What they have in common is a desire to grow – to become stronger, more effective, and more wholehearted leaders.

If you’re feeling overwhelmed, insecure, stuck, or need help working through a major decision, my deep knowledge of leadership, organizational development, and team dynamics can help you break out of the patterns that hold you back.

Not to mention I am genuinely enthusiastic about seeing you thrive :-)

What can you expect? Here’s what Ringmaster clients have to say:

How do I know you’re the Coach for me?

Fit is everything, so we start with a no-risk “let’s get acquainted” session where you can share your struggles a bit and discover if our energy is a good match. After that I’ll make a recommendation of how I think I can help and then we work on getting sessions booked in our calendars.

FORMAT

  • Coaching sessions are typically 1-hour and are conducted via Zoom or phone.

  • Twice monthly is the most common cadence, though clients navigating major transitions (such as a promotion or a new job) often find weekly sessions to be more supportive.

  • Together we’ll determine the big-picture goals that will guide how we address the urgent issues you face, solving immediate problems without neglecting what’s most important.

INVESTMENT

Coaching sessions cost $265/hour and are invoiced at the beginning of each month.

DURATION

Many clients seek a coach to be an ongoing thought partner, and the benefit of coaching expands with time and experience as we get to know each other. (I’ve been seeing my coach since 2018!)

However, some clients have specific, targeted areas of growth or issues to unpack that can be addressed in 3-6 month coaching engagements.
